Why our lifestyle edit stays small

How is a Trudon candle made?

Poured by hand in France, in mouth-blown green glass, from a wax the house has been refining since 1643. The glass is made to be kept and reused once the wax is gone.

What is pot pourri?

The older way to scent a room. Santa Maria Novella has made theirs in Florence since the 1600s from flowers and herbs cured slowly. No flame, so it holds a quiet constant note where a candle could never be left burning. A few drops of their essence refreshes it.

How do I choose across candles, sprays and pot pourri?

By the room and the hour. A candle is for the evening. A room spray resets a space in seconds. Pot pourri holds a soft permanent note in a hallway or a wardrobe. If you are starting, the 270g Classic is the place.
