Rosa centifolia, the hundred-petalled rose, distilled into water and nothing else. No alcohol.

The Officina has been making it for centuries and the method has not changed. Pat it on the skin after cleansing, or on a hot afternoon when nothing else helps. Refreshing and toning, which is the whole claim and all it needs to be.
