It is alcohol and water with witch hazel leaf water, a little menthol and maritime pine bark extract. It is patted on straight after shaving and left to dry.
The scent is Tabacco Toscano. Tuscan tobacco was once called Herba catharinaria, after Caterina de' Medici, who took it for migraine. Bergamot and tobacco leaf at the top, cedarwood underneath. The Officina's shaving cream carries the same tobacco, so the shave starts and finishes on it.
