Amelie & Frank’s offer free shipping on all orders over $100. If your online order is less than $100 the shipping cost is calculated at standard Australian Post rates.
International shipping is available at $50 AUS per order.
We strive to pack and ship online orders on the same day they are placed. However, if an order is made after 3pm or on a Sunday, it may be packed and shipped the next business day.

All parcels from Amelie & Frank's are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery times varying based on your location. Parcels are currently estimated to arrive within 1 - 5 business days.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery times, please contact our customer service at 03 5931 0008 or email email@example.com. We will promptly initiate an investigation for you.
Upon packing your order, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. To track your parcel, simply click on the link provided in the email, which will direct you to the Australia Post website. There, you will be able to view your parcel's tracking history during transit and determine its expected delivery date. Please allow some time for the tracking information to populate on the Australia Post website. Additionally, you may receive updates on your parcel's progress via email from Australia Post.

Postage is to be paid by customer for the return of items/s and once received a Credit Note/Gift Voucher is issued to the customer via email. We do not refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
Amelie and Frank’s has a 7-day return policy. If 7 days pass since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original undamaged packaging and tags still attached. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Several goods are exempt from being returned including gift cards, liquid goods such as perfumes and room sprays, swimwear, intimates & earrings, for health and hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and examined, our team will contact you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
We offer a 6-month in-store credit for any approved return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please choose carefully as we only offer refunds on products that are deemed faulty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Amelie & Frank’s only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered faulty. Your store credit must be used within 6 months of exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Please note: we do not offer returns on gift vouchers for cash.
