Postage is to be paid by customer for the return of items/s and once received a Credit Note/Gift Voucher is issued to the customer via email. We do not refund unless the item is deemed faulty.
Amelie and Frank’s has a 7-day return policy. If 7 days pass since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original undamaged packaging and tags still attached. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Several goods are exempt from being returned including gift cards, liquid goods such as perfumes and room sprays, swimwear, intimates & earrings, for health and hygiene reasons.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and examined, our team will contact you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
We offer a 6-month in-store credit for any approved return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please choose carefully as we only offer refunds on products that are deemed faulty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

If you have not received your refund after 7 days please double-check your account and contact your bank and when certain, get in touch with us at info@amelieandfranks.com.au.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only full-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Amelie & Frank’s only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. Items that have been damaged from wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you need to exchange, please email at info@amelieandfranks.com.au and send your item to: Amelie & Franks, 9/159 Shoreham Rd, Red Hill South VIC 3937, Australia or alternatively call us to arrange an in-store exchange.
Your store credit must be used within 6 months of exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Please note: we do not offer returns on gift vouchers for cash.
