Corporate Gifting
One hundred boxes, one hundred names, one hundred cards written by hand.
What we can put in a box that nobody else can
Amelie & Frank's sits inside the Polperro world. A vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, a farm, a dining room with four consecutive Chef's Hats, a wellness studio and a boutique, two minutes apart on the same hill and all owned by the same family.
Which means a corporate gift from us is not assembled from a wholesale catalogue. It can hold a single-vineyard wine grown four hundred metres from the counter, a candle poured in Paris since 1643, a fragrance from a Florentine apothecary distilling since 1221, and a morning at Hut on the same property.
No hamper company can do that. They buy what we make.

How it works
Tell us the number, the budget and the date. We will come back with two or three directions, make one up properly and send it to you before anything is committed.
From there we handle the rest. Individual cards, separate addresses, delivery timed to a day rather than a week. We do this every December and we do it properly.
What goes in
From the boutique. Fragrance is where most people start, because a scent is something used every day and rarely bought for oneself. Trudon, Santa Maria Novella, Matière Première, Frapin. Candles, room fragrance, small leather goods, cashmere, jewellery.
From the vineyard. Polperro estate-grown and single-vineyard wines, and Even Keel from across Australia's cool-climate regions. Grown, made and bottled by the same family.
From Hut. Vouchers for the wellness studio on the property, for people who have everything and no time.
From the dining room. A table for two at Polperro, which is the gift that gets remembered longest.

The box itself
Cream board with the logotype in gold foil, tied with black grosgrain. Inside, everything is folded into our own patterned tissue, printed in blush, with a blush card on top. One of us writes each card by hand at the counter before the box is closed.
Every box, every time. Not an option at checkout, not for an extra nine ninety-five.
Who this is for
Client thank yous at the end of a year. Settlement and completion gifts. Speakers, sponsors and partners. Staff recognition where a gift card would say nothing. Wedding parties and milestone events.
Anything from ten boxes to several hundred.
Timing
December books out. If you are planning end-of-year gifting, October is the month to start the conversation, and November is late. Outside December we can usually turn an order around in a fortnight.

Questions, answered
Do you do corporate gifting in Melbourne and Victoria?
Yes. We send Australia-wide from Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula, from ten boxes to several hundred, with individual cards and separate addresses.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?
Ten. Below that it is simpler to order online and have each one sent directly, which we wrap and card the same way.
Can you include wine in a corporate gift?
Yes. Polperro estate-grown and single-vineyard wines, and Even Keel from across Australia's cool-climate regions, grown and made by the same family. Wine is supplied and invoiced through the licensed winery.
Can you include experiences rather than objects?
Yes. Vouchers for Hut, the wellness studio on the property, and tables at Polperro, which has held a Chef's Hat four years running. For people who have everything and no time, it is usually the better gift.
Can each recipient get a different gift and their own card?
Yes. Individual cards written by hand, separate addresses and delivery timed to a day rather than a week.
How far ahead should I book Christmas corporate gifting?
October. December books out and November is late. Outside December we can usually turn an order around in a fortnight.
What does a corporate gift cost?
It is built to your budget rather than sold from a price list. Tell us the number, the budget and the date and we will come back with two or three directions and make one up properly before anything is committed.
