One shoulder in a sheer knit is a construction problem, because there is no structure anywhere to hold the weight and the fabric will pull to the low side.

Vaenn solve it with stretch in the mercerised merino itself, so the knit recovers rather than dragging. Tissue-soft and whisper light, which is what mercerised merino does at this gauge.
