The seam down the front is structural, not decorative. It is what pulls a wide leg into a line instead of letting it hang as a column of cloth.

Cotton with elastane for a little give, high rise, sculpted through the hip before it releases into the width. Porcelain rather than white, which is a warmer and far more forgiving shade of pale denim.

Wide-leg white denim is a nerve test and this is the version that passes it.
