Zoe Kratzmann Content Heel, Platinum

Platinum is the metallic that behaves like a neutral, cooler than gold and softer than silver.

The Content puts it on a low, slim heel and a squared toe. Narrow straps cross the toe, the instep and the ankle. Each carries a small round buckle, so the hardware repeats instead of competing.

Metallic leather outside, leather lining inside. With the strap work kept this fine, the finish does the talking and the shape stays out of its way. At a fortieth that ends in dancing on a timber deck, a low heel and three buckled straps hold the foot through to the last song.
