Ramie comes from the inner bark of a shrub in the nettle family. It has been spun for at least six thousand years. It is stronger wet than dry and it is known for holding its shape and creasing less.

Zoe Kratzmann cut the Altitude in it and lined it in a matching colour. Ladder lace frames a squared neckline, fine pintucks run down the bodice and the gathered skirt finishes at a scalloped lace hem.

Floss is a soft pink with warmth in it. Ramie has a natural lustre, so the colour shifts between shade and sun.

Because ramie holds its shape and creases less, the Altitude comes out of a suitcase on the first night in Europe ready to wear. Lined, it needs nothing under it.
