Vixi is soap made the Marseille way. Organic olive and coconut oils are saponified by the traditional method and 97 per cent of the formula is natural.
Émilie Bouge gave it cardamom and Italian petitgrain at the top, Balkan sage and sandalwood in the heart, cedarwood and jasmine underneath. It smells fresh and woody at the basin. Of the three Trudon soaps we carry it is the herbal one, between Médie's citrus and Carmen's tobacco.
It is made in France at Saint-Langis-lès-Mortagne. The 350ml bottle is modelled on the toiletries of eighteenth-century European courts and it refills.
