Figuerie opens on fig leaf and etheric humus, which is the smell of moist earth under broad leaves rather than anything you would eat. Green, humid, grounded, with the sweetness held right back. It is a far more adult reading of fig than the category usually allows.

Fifty-five to sixty hours. Best in a room with something living in it.
