Santa Maria Novella Rosa Novella Eau de Cologne 100ml

Rose usually arrives soft. This one arrives with spice underneath it.

Flowering spices is the Officina's own phrase and it is accurate. The spice cuts the sweetness before it can settle, so Rosa Novella reads green and sharp rather than powdery, and it does not turn on skin in the heat the way most roses do.

The rose for somebody who does not wear rose.
