Part of the lather in this soap comes from yucca. Yucca schidigera carries natural saponins, which foam in water. The Officina uses them alongside vegetable-origin surfactants.
Calendula extract is in the formula for its softening properties, as the house puts it. Glycerin and olive oil esters sit beside it. The scent is Fresia, the house's freesia, in a 250ml glass bottle.
A small amount on wet hands, rubbed together and rinsed in warm water. For a basin that other people use, freesia is the house scent least likely to be argued with.
