P Frapin & Cie L'Humaniste Eau de Parfum 100ml

Pantagruel ends his last voyage at the Oracle of the Divine Bottle. P. Frapin & Cie counts François Rabelais, who wrote him, as the most illustrious member of the family. L'Humaniste is dedicated to him. The gin accord is the house's wink at the Bottle.

It opens on lemon and bergamot, shot through with cardamom, pink berries and black pepper. Juniper and thyme follow with nutmeg and a little peony. The gin accord settles last over oakmoss and tonka. A cocktail built backwards, botanicals first and the spirit at the end.

Sidonie Lancesseur composed it. Rabelais was a physician, a monk and a writer. The fragrance keeps his curiosity and leaves the costume.

Made in France by a Cognac house, as a joke about gin.
