Chypre is a structure rather than a smell. Bergamot at the top, oakmoss and labdanum at the base, and the tension between them is the whole thing. It has been out of fashion for thirty years because oakmoss is restricted.

Yvonne is a modern reading of it, with red fruits brightening the roses above the chypre bones. Naturals only, no synthetic musks or fixatives.

A classical feminine perfume made now, which almost nobody attempts.
