Mos The Label put the detail of the Jordi at the back. A self-tie closes it at the neck, finished with tassels and beads. The same finish runs to the cuffs.

The satin is 55% viscose and 45% rayon, cut long in the sleeve and long in the hem, with a V at the front. The print is oceanic blues on butter yellow. The yellow keeps the blues from going cold.

The belt is a detachable self-tie, tasselled and beaded to match. With it the dress has a waist. Without it the satin falls straight. The strapless Jordi takes the same print to a midi.

Choosing between two sizes

The house publishes body measurements rather than general fit advice. It gives its model's so you can compare. She is 170cm with an 82cm bust, 62cm waist and 92cm hip. She wears an 8. Any style we know to run differently is noted in its Fit line.

How to measure

Bust: around the fullest part, arms down.
Waist: around the narrowest part of the waistline.
Hip: around the widest part, legs together.

The house recommends a cold hand wash or a cold gentle machine cycle to make each piece last. The care label sewn into the piece has the specific instructions.
