The back pockets are oversized flaps of the kind found on workwear. They set the tone for the whole pair.

Mos The Label cut the Carmelita from a mid-weight suiting cloth of 90% Tencel and 10% cotton, structured enough to hold a wide leg away from the body. The waist is high and belted, the belt detaches and the hems are cuffed.

In black the utility details recede. With the matching vest from Mos The Label it is a suit. With a fine knit it is a pair of shorts.
