Marmoset Found Ribbed Candle Holder Medium, Ochre

For most of the day the candle is not lit. The holder is what is on the table.

This one is porcelain, hand cast and ribbed, from Marmoset Found, a Melbourne studio that has designed ceramics and glass since 2010 and has them made by artisans overseas. The ribs throw a fine line of shadow into each groove, so the ochre is never one flat colour.

The medium stands eight centimetres high on a six centimetre base. Hand cast, so no two are identical.
