Splinters of crimson and gold. Olibanum. Trudon's line is the perfume of altar candles under a cathedral nave.

Aldehydes and incense at the top. Lily of the valley at the heart. Benzoin and labdanum underneath. The aldehydes lift it and the resins hold it down. The name is Latin: of the Holy Spirit.

The diffuser is the manageable version, because a candle this heavy in a small room is a lot. Eight black rattan reeds keep it at a constant low level for three to four months, in 350ml of fluted green glass with the gold emblem.
