Trudon Ernesto Reed Diffuser

Trudon describes Ernesto as having the fierce and partisan overtones of leather and tobacco. A candle gives a room those for an evening. Eight reeds give them for three to four months and nobody has to light anything.

Bergamot, grapefruit and rum at the top. Oak wood, clove, labdanum and patchouli in the heart. Tobacco, amber, leather and moss underneath, with vanilla. The vanilla belongs to the diffuser. The candle does not carry it.

The 350ml bottle is fluted, in Trudon green with the gold emblem, made at the same glassworks as the candles. Eight black rattan reeds go in through a recyclable aluminium collar. When the oil runs out the glass stays and a 300ml refill comes with fresh reeds.
