Nubuck is leather buffed on the grain side until it carries a short nap. It is the outer face of the hide, which is why it wears harder than suede.

Christian Kimber sources this chocolate stamped nubuck from a tannery in Santa Croce sull'Arno, in Tuscany, that has been working since 1976. The wallet is made by hand in Milan by a family-owned workshop established in 1895.

Ten card slots and a large cash compartment, in a tall shape 13cm by 9cm that goes into the inside pocket of a jacket or a small bag.
