Oatmeal sits with timber, linen, leather and stone, the materials most rooms are made of. It will still suit the room after the room has been repainted twice. A throw lives in a room for a very long time.

The fibre is hand-combed from goats in Inner Mongolia. A comb lifts out the fine undercoat and leaves the coarse guard hair on the animal. It is slower than shearing and it yields less. The longer, finer fibre lets a throw soften with use where shorn cashmere pills.

The throws were the first pieces in our own cashmere range. Folded and never hung, a throw keeps its shape.
