Shipping
We aim to dispatch all online orders promptly from our Red Hill boutique.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding sale periods and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. All orders over $100 receive free express shipping (Australia Only)
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United States.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Important:
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
While we aim to streamline the checkout experience, Amelie & Frank’s reserves the right to contact customers prior to dispatch should additional duties or charges apply that were not captured at checkout.
United States Shipping
To help provide a smoother delivery experience, our US shipping rates include an additional buffer to absorb the majority of typical import costs.
However, in some cases, US orders may still incur duties or taxes upon entry. Where required, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
In rare instances where significant additional duties apply, we may contact you prior to dispatch to finalise the order.
