Eight & Bob Original 100ml

The story is that in the summer of 1937 a young Parisian called Albert Fouquet shared a cologne he had blended himself with an American student holidaying on the Riviera. The student wrote back asking for eight bottles, and one more for Bob.

The student was John F Kennedy. The archive supporting all of this is thin and the house is a modern Spanish one founded in homage to Fouquet rather than descended from him. We tell you that because a good story does not need protecting.

What is not in question is the cologne. Citrus over woods, dry, restrained, and closer to a well-cut jacket than to a fragrance that announces itself.
