Christian Kimber Basketweave Crew Neck Sweater, Olive Green

There is grey inside this green. It is what makes olive olive rather than simply green and it is why the colour shifts toward khaki outdoors and toward brown under a lamp.

The basketweave structure works with that. Because the surface interlocks in both directions it catches light unevenly, and a muted colour needs uneven light or it goes dull. Knitted in Italy from 100% extra fine wool with ribbed trims.

Olive is the colour that makes tan leather and mid-blue denim look chosen rather than accidental.
